Thich Nhat Hanh was a compassionate Zen monk who wrote over 75 inspiring books. One of his cherished works, “Peace is Every Step, The Path of Mindfulness in Everyday Life,” is a lovely collection of essays that shares heartfelt insights on finding inner peace, building harmony with others, and promoting world peace.
It’s a brief but meaningful book, divided into three sections. Each week, my group will explore one section together. We’ll gather on Zoom Saturday afternoons from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on January 17th, 24th, and 31st. I’ll share my Zoom link with everyone registered.
