Make your week a little less stressful. Join us as Terry leads us through the basics of meditation and why it’s so good for you. We explore a variety of meditation techniques. You’ll leave relaxed and energized!

There is no set fee to attend the session, but we do ask that you register in advance.

This will be the last Meditation offered as Terry will be retiring from Dream Weavers at the end of March. Please join us for this very special evening.
