Guess what? Things are changing! Things are always changing. Change can be uncomfortable…unless you learn to Trust and Wait.

What is in front of you today? Do that! Leave the big stuff up to us. It may not be easy for you to Trust and Wait – you may continue to believe that feeling uncomfortable, or scared, or anxious, is ‘just who you are’. Not so. These are negative beliefs that joined you somewhere along your journey.

Actively replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts

Negative thoughts serve only to hold you back. They stop the flow necessary for the greatest and most beautiful changes to be realized. Repeating negative thoughts – remember, thoughts are things – repeating negative thoughts turns those thoughts into beliefs. Beliefs are harder to change than thoughts. They practically solidify – and, wow, can they block the flow.

You wonder why ‘somethings never change’? because those negative beliefs are blocking the flow towards joyful changes. You may not even be aware of those negative beliefs, as they can be deeply held and such a familiar part of your soul-u-lar landscape that you no longer recognize their existence. They become like the boulder at the end of the driveway – you naturally drive around it, without thinking, because it is just part of the landscape. But it can be removed if you believe it to be in your way.

So, too, negative beliefs can be removed. It may be possible to use the ‘bull-dozer approach’ and wrest them out with the help of a trained and trusted healer – shamanic journeys, chord cutting, body code work, hypnosis – these methods can bring positive results (and relief) IF you trust the method, are willing to do the work and are courageous enough to want Joy.

It is also possible to transform negative beliefs with the mind. Remember – thoughts are things – once that negative belief is identified, think the opposite. Think the positive thought often. Remember, negative beliefs were not created in a day and may take time to dissolve so that positive beliefs can take their energetic space. Be patient.

However you choose to remove those negative beliefs you hold, the time and energy spent doing so is worth it – Joy is worth it. When you arrived, you held no negative beliefs – you learned them somewhere along the way – So Unlearn Them Now.

And while you are removing those negative beliefs, we will be taking care of the big stuff over which you have no control – While you are waiting for the big stuff to seem better (hint: everything is just as it should be but changes ARE coming!) – while you are waiting for the changes, take care of what you can take care of by removing negative beliefs so you are ready to see the changes and enjoy the changes and truly live in joy and trust.
