Meditation at Unity of Omaha

We want to make Dream Weavers aware of a special meditation group meeting with Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Health Counselor, Susan Kimball, at Unity Church on Monday, February 6, from 7:00pm – 8:30pm in the cafe area on the main floor of the Spiritual Center.

Learn about the chakra system: it’s history and attributes, what can block a chakra and how to unblock it. The evening will end with a lovely chakra meditation.

Susan Kimball is the owner of Balanced Health Counseling and REIKI. Her healing space is located at Unity of Omaha.

Through coaching and Reiki, Susan is passionate about empowering others to turn on their own mind, body and spirit’s natural ability to heal. She loves working with the chakra system to help others release blockages, create flow, and align their inner energy – the foundation of a great life! She enjoys leading meditations and has created two meditation CDs on the chakras.

Susan will begin the evening with an explanation of reiki and chakras and guide the group through a meditation with a focus on the heart chakra. Please do not register on our page. There is no need.
