Each session begins with a discussion. A meditation follows to allow participants to integrate the feeling of the topic into their bodies and minds. Follow-up home exercises help you continue self-discovery after class.
The four-week Zoom course will be held Tuesdays, February 15, 22, 29, and March 7; 6:30pm-9:00pm via Zoom. We ask for a $25 direct donation to Food Bank for the Heartland.
